Introducing the PLAY 100 Point Recovery System

This workshop also marks the rollout of our PLAY 100 Point Recovery System. A structured framework designed to help athletes execute recovery at a high level, consistently.

Athletes should aim to accumulate 100 recovery points within 24 hours, across key pillars including sleep, muscular recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Within this system, nutrition becomes a scalable tool - not guesswork.

We’ll show you how to:

  • Adjust fuelling based on training load and output

  • Use nutrition to earn points and drive recovery outcomes

  • Build consistent habits that translate to performance
